About The Class

Participants in this course will learn how to see the waste in any process: Manufacturing, Transactional, and Service. They will learn valuable and effective tools that can eliminate these wastes, and return fabulous ROI while shortening lead times, reducing inventory, improving on-time delivery, providing flexibility to customer demands, etc. LEAN practitioners will learn how to conduct effective 'KAIZENS" (quick, focused improvement bursts), map Value Streams and identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining.
